Objectives of the Mega Farm Support Department
The Mega Farm Support Department aims to achieve significant improvements in agricultural productivity and production across priority value chains, thereby promoting increased agro-industrialization and greater availability of exportable agro-products that are vital to the economic growth of the country. The Mega Farm Support Department seeks to enhance large-scale farming in Malawi by providing targeted support to commercial farmers through mechanization, access to financing, and well-structured market linkages.
